Two stage interview starting with a phone screening and followed up in person with the store manager I would be working for. Asked standard questions, was a mix of experience showing- questions and situational to gauge how I might handle delicate customer-facing situations.

Interview
I met with my manager, the owner, officer of the corporation and human services manager. I first did an informational interview with the manager that progressed to a discussion of the division needs. The last segment of the interview process was with a panel.

Interview
I had a phone interview with the head of their HR department for about 20 minutes. Asked questions on availability for weekend and evenings, sales experience, knowledge of products in hardware store, salary, use of different systems - POS, inventory tracking, etc. It was a very pleasant conversation, and she made me feel comfortable during the process.
