1st interview was a one on one meeting with the broker. 2nd interview was a group meeting with the other Office Administrator, the Graphics Coordinator, and the Assistant Office Manager. The whole process took almost a month from the initial call to the final interview. (Granted the brokers wife had a baby in this time) Although they needed someone "badly", they did not seem very enthusiastic with the hiring process.
