Firstly they scheduled the interview at 3pm and later to pushed to 4pm , but called me at 330pm to join immediately as the panel is available . Interviewer was half baked professional, didnt even have the decency to conduct the interview in a quiet place and can barely communicate. very unprofessional experience. He was expecting definitions for the all the questions he asked, rather than explaining the concepts from practical point of view. Just because someones works in a project doesnt mean they have the capabilities to evaluate candidates technical expertise and please record your interview sessions. All in all it was a bad experience and i expected a little more professional attitude from the interviewer. talent acquisition team needs to look into it.
