Interview
I interviewed with a partner. He was really nice and made me feel less nervous after a brief self-introduction. He basically went through my resume and asked some basic questions like what grades you got in Immediate acct / how can you apply past experiences to this position. The whole process took less than 30 minutes; I thought I was going to be asked more behavioral questions but no.

Interview
The interview process consists of a screening and then a “superday” which consisted of 3 back to back interviews asking mainly behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and the harder questions consisted of “what are your study habits”.
I had three rounds of interviews and waited four to five days to get rejected. It was not the most pleasant experience. I was firt reached out by a recruiter, than spoke to a partner, a manager, a senior, and three other managers. At the end the same recruiter call to let me know that they would not move forward with me.

First submie the resume, and do the one-way video interview within 5 days. Then you get prepared and find a convenivent time to record the answer to the questions. Then inform the HR, then they will give you response.
