Absolutely horrible. I had 3 rounds of interviews for an intern position for a company that isn’t even Big 4. I dont know what they were thinking at all. They also shove down the whole “team is a family” stuff.

Straightforward process with recruiter (30 min) and team (2 rounds for 30 min each). Knew the result within 2 weeks of the interview date which was helpful, and allowed me to plan accordingly.
Two rounds but the first one was a recording. Second round was with two different managers for a half hour each. It was mainly behavioral questions it didn’t get very technical.
applied last year for internship. two rounds with recruiter and then senior associates, very general questions about interests in the firm, had to show that you had real interest in the firm as well as the profession that you are trying to pursue.
