Interview
Simple and straightforward. Story, resume and screening to see if you know your stuff. A lot depends on fit and expertise. The team I interviewed with was very nice and laid back.
First I met with a recruiter who then scheduled interviews with 2 partners and one senior manager. The interviews were 30 minutes each. Questions were mainly around prior experience and knowledge with plenty of time to ask questions about the firm and the work that they do.

Interview
The video interview was conducted for two hours by four very friendly interviewers. They took the time to get the know my background and experience in better detail. Most of the questions were about my recent experience and how I could contribute to the firm's tax services in the role that I was being interviewed for.
