Cohaesus interview questions

It was friendly and general phone call interview. Asked time for an initial phone call but instead of arranging a schedule, asking to answer the phone call as soon as possible, but my CV was not viewed before the phone call. It supposed to be a both-side phone call, but didn't answer the questions about position and company. Questions are general and focusing on previous working experiences, reasons to apply...

I applied online. The process took about 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cohaesus (London, England) in December 2016. All process was generally really smooth and I always had a feedback shortly after every level passed. HR person I spoke over the phone and e-mail helped me prepare for interview answering all my questions.
