Cognizant Programmer/Developer interview questions

The interview includes two stages- technical interview, then HR interview. In the technical interview, they basically ask questions from basics of programming, if you are from the non-IT background, few logical questions and basic concepts of your stream. And in the HR interview, the check your fluency, confidence, how you handle any critical situation and your communication school.
