Selection is based on three rounds
1.Aptitude
2.Technical HR
3.General HR
above process is called gen c next
Based on Aptitude they segregate into gen c elevate and gen c which has different packages and then process continues .

first they asked some aptitude question then some technical based question(oops concepts) and finally tell me about yourself

Interview
The first round was online test of 3hrs. The test included all types of questions: aptitude, reasoning, technical.
The second round was technical round which was quite easy. The interviewer asked basic questions on Java and OOPS.
The final round was HR round which was just for verifying the documents.
