I received a call from HR and she detailed about the job profile and took my details such as education, experience, area of expertise etc. and said they will contact me. After 4-5 days I received a call and HR told me that, they are scheduling telephonic technical round. Next day around 1:30 pm I received a call from senior analyst, they asked question from probability, excel, VBA, sql and aptitude and reasoning, They took my interview about more than 1 hour and said they HR will call me and let me know about the feedback. After 3-4 days HR called and said that I selected and I need to visit the office for personal interview. After 4-5 days they scheduled my interview and I visited the office. It was more related to personal skill, than technical skill, it last about 30 mins, they said that HR will call me about the feedback. After 3-4 days HR called and said that I cleared my all round and she ask me about my reason for joining and about family background. And after 1 month of serving my notice period in my previous company I joined cognizant.

We had many rounds like 3 rounds before interview and interview was quite good. I got selected into cognizant as and programmer analyst trainee. I did not focus much on java, so due to that i Got 4 lpa
