Written Tests,2 Technical Round and HR Round
First there was a written test . After passing the test interview will be done by the panel members , There were some confusion after the written as the person around were not sure how to tackle situation.
It was very lot of technical questions and it was scenario basis and practical applications. Overall process was not good. Compare to cognizant glassdoor contribution is very difficult to proceed further.

A entrevista foi clara e objetiva. Foi realizado um teste de performance na época e preenchido os dados para que fosse apresentado ao cliente. Uma vez aprovada, fui ao cliente e em seguida já iniciei na função de BA.
