Aplico para una posición y me contactan haciendo referencia a otra. Luego de aclarar esto, me piden horario disponible para una llamada con el cliente. Me agendan en otro horario. Les hago un lugar porque supuestamente era una llamada corta. Resulta que era una entrevista técnica completa, con live coding incluido. Después de esta, supuestamente venía la entrevista técnica de 1h. Me enviaron dos invitaciones de una hora cada una, sin preguntar disponibilidad. Un desastre. Si esto es el proceso de selección, no me imagino lo que es el día a día en la compañía.

Interview
First round was a phone interview with HR where she asked basic questions about my past experience and interests.
Second round was a skype interview with two engineers, they asked me basic android questions.
