Codan Limited Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process was incredibly disheartening. From start to finish, it was chaotic and poorly managed. Communication was almost non-existent, leaving me in the dark about my application status. Feedback was promised but never delivered, making it impossible to learn from the experience. The selection criteria felt random, adding to the overall feeling of disrespect and undervaluation. It was a demoralizing experience that left me questioning the company's professionalism and regard for potential employees.
