I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Codal (Ahmedabad) in Aug 2025
Interview
Interview process was good.
there were 2 rounds in our campus placement
1st was Technical Interview
2nd was HR
I managed to clear Technical Round
However I was not able to clear HR round as the director had asked me few challenging questions for trapping me
I applied online. I interviewed at Codal (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2025
Interview
It was a long, thorough interview process. I thought it went well, but then I never heard back. I was ghosted. Not even a "we went another direction" auto-response. Bizarre and unprofessional experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Codal (Ahmedabad) in Dec 2025
Interview
⭐ 5 Rounds, Free Consulting, Then… Ghosted 👻
Pros:
If you enjoy long interview processes, this is your playground
You get to share your ideas… for free
Cons:
Communication disappears after they get what they need
Zero closure after multiple rounds
Candidate time = not valued
Review:
Went through 5 rounds of interviews with Codal. Everything seemed serious, structured, and promising at first.
But here’s the twist — after investing hours of discussions, sharing insights, and practically laying out strategic ideas from my 15+ years of experience, the company just… vanished. No update. No feedback. No rejection. Just pure silence.
At this point, it honestly feels like candidates should start sending consulting invoices after round 3 😄
Jokes aside, ghosting candidates after such an extensive process is not just unprofessional — it shows a lack of respect for time, effort, and expertise. Especially for senior roles where discussions go beyond Q&A and into actual problem-solving.
Advice to Management:
Basic communication isn’t that hard. Even a simple “no” is better than disappearing. Respect people’s time — especially when you’re asking for their ideas.
