I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cockram Construction in Dec 2016
Interview
Thrown off by a group interview process with other candidates when I arrived and then pulled out one by one for individual questions. I was told I would hear back the following week, thought it went great, but follow up emails were ignored and then I randomly got a voicemail 6 months later offering me a job acting like I just interviewed. Poorly mismanaged company
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cockram Construction (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
This was just the first level interview with the recruiter. Most of the questions involved explaining my experience in the different aspects of Project Management and what I was looking for in m next job. She explained a lot about the company and their corporate culture. She also made sure to get a clear picture of all of my experience and skills for other potential interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Cockram Construction in Jan 2014
Interview
Initial phone screening with HR which was straight forward. Followed up with a phone interview with the regional manager. Multiple interviews with clients and sites for consulting roles until being placed. The onboarding process went smoothly and Cockram were helpful during this phase. The background check was a hold up and took 2 weeks as opposed to 2 days, of which I was not paid during this time. As far as a consultancy goes, Cockram were generally helpful and professional during the onboarding process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No difficult questions from Cockram, but clients often asked quite technical questions related to process and procedures
