What stood out most was the transparency throughout the process, with interviewers openly discussing company culture, expectations, and potential challenges. Timely and constructive feedback after each stage demonstrated the company's commitment to candidates' growth. The interview process was quite extensive but in a reasonable timeline. The entire process was less than two months but occurred over the holidays. There was an initial online assessment, interview with P&C, another business case online assessment, interview with line manager and P&C rep, and then a final in person interview and case study. The questions were fair and interesting. The people were extremely professional and kind, which helped since the amount of steps seemed quite extensive at times. Overall, I had a positive and enriching experience, and I would highly recommend Coca Cola HBC to other job seekers based on their commendable interview process.
