1) If your CV is selected you will firstly gave a quik interview on Hire : It last about 15min automated video interview. You can firstly make a try to see which kind of question they will ask you and you will get used to the process. When you feel ready you can start. A question will appear, you have about 30 second to prepare you answer (Tell me why you studies and your experience makes you fit with the job offer, what would you do to if you would like to make accept a new project by your team etc), Than you will have about 3 min to answer the question, a video will be registered. After if you are selected, they will invite you for an interview, there was 2 employee of the team, there were not so frienldy. they directly ask me what they expected from the person which will have the internship. Then they ask me question about what I exactly did in my experience related to analytic compétences.
