You submit your application, you get a take home research project and you have to finish it in 3 days. The "research" project requires you to literally research so much in the span of 3 days and you can guess what type of work you'll be doing after the fact. After I spent close to 36 hours working on the project, I submitted and within 7 days I was rejected, stating that I didn't even meet the minimum criteria. Kinda wild to see that considering the project did what it was supposed to do and then some. I don't know what they want people to do or if they even want people educated in the "west" with "western" experience.

It was an hr interview for them to get to know me. They basically asked for my motivation, and other general questions. Nothing technical at that point, just basic questions to learn more about me.
