Coastal Manufacturing interview questions

Over the phone - lasted about 30 minutes. allowed candidate to explain things that are not possible to communicate directly in a resume. Discussions took into considerations other skills and experiences that might be applicable for other jobs.... meaning the interviewer was genuinely interested in learning about the candidate for the job in question, or other possible jobs too. The biggest frustration for me was trying to explain why I was fired from my last job - the circumstances were vague at best, and very frustrating having performed the best I could, and it was hard to justify why it wasn't a failure on my part - the interview listened to the story and asked pertinent questions and was supportive. The interview was a positive experience and the recruiter has since personally responded to other email questions for other jobs... as if i were an actual person worth remembering.
