Phone call then in person. Pretty easy with standard interview questions of why you want to work there. Mock call to show what the interview process is like and then a short wait to hear back.

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

Question 1
I was asked about recruitment processes. Follow the status quo or define a new SOP?
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
