The interview process was very quick I applied to the job a week before and got an email asking to set up a phone interview and time. The phone interview was the next day it lasted for about 30 minutes, the recruiter did not really sound like she knew what she was talking about, she describe the position and told me to research about the company, ask about my past job, to me about the pay and time shifts being offered. Then she offered me an in person interview it lasted for about 30 minutes he ask me mostly situational questions. they offered me something to drink when i first got there.and he also ask me if I was in school and they liek to have there employees get a degree so they can move up. Last thing we did was a mock call in the room showed me the computer and what I needed to do and type in. and told me I will know the next steps in the next 3 days. I got a call in exactly 3 days and they offered me the job and sent over my offer letter,background screening,and drug test you have 2 business days to take the drug test and they they let you know the next steps after that. the interview was really easy and simple my interviewer was very nice.
