Made it to phone interview after applying on LinkedIn. The interviewer seemed very bored and uninterested from the start, engaging in conversation was hard and uncomfortable. The interview only lasted 15 min, while it was scheduled for 30min. The next day Clutch informed me that I didn't have enough experience. Why give me a phone interview when you can see my experience on my resume beforehand? This interview was a waste of time. The experience excuse would have been fine if they wouldn't have interviewed me at all or at least gave me a coding challenge.

I've got a 2 interviews, one with team lead and one with 2 backend seniors. The Team lead was very nice and asked general questions. The technical interview was pretty simple.
