It was smooth, they check your background and experience and match with students. After this initial process, I was assigned kids in 2 weeks and they always pay on time.

1st interview went well until it was explained there would be several others involved in deciding who gets to the interview process and having several interviews to get there. This job is way too basic to be so demanding

Question 1
I was asked to tutor other subjects and at all grade levels. They asked me to tutor pre-k then when I asked about salary was told the older the more it pays but seemed they wouldn't consider somebody for just secondary level

It was a group interview. Two people interviewed four candidates. The questions that were asked were your typical- tell me about yourself and experience. What subjects are you comfortable tutoring. And what were our preferred age group of kids.
