The interview process spanned over a few weeks and was pretty painless. Loved the updates along the way, they were very clear about expectations and when you'd be receiving updates on decisions.

Interview process was 2 calls, and 1 in-person meet. 4-week training in Chicago seemed excessive. Probably could have done it in 2 and then 1 week back at home store.
