I completed both a recruiter call and a 90-minute system design interview. The recruiter call had to be scheduled late in the evening due to the recruiter's location in Hong Kong. After the system design interview, I never heard back despite following up. For a technology company, failing to send even an automated rejection email to candidates who are no longer moving forward reflects poorly on its hiring process.

Initial recruiter call and then a system design interview. Recruiter was very pleasant but the system design interviewers were not. They kept interrupting my answers and what I was doing.
