I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudflare in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview was a waste of time, initial call from recuiter followed by skype interview with 3 -4 people on Skype, later was invited to sfo office for onsite, again interview with 5- 6 team members with manager.
Such a waste of time, after one week upon following up several times got an answer saying I was not selected, reason was team wanted me to have more than 2 years experience.
Please try to inform candidates what kind of experience you are looking for when you guys have skype interviews, which will atleast save candiates effort and time, instead of that you guys make candidates come over all the way down to sfo and reject them for some reason and don't even bother to follow up with them on their interviews, when you guys have skype interviews for 30 minutes you will get to know about candidate skills and experience.
Very lengthy interview process. Back to back 3 hours interview with different teams within a same day. Good filteration at each level. Tough interview but every one were very professional with their questions. Given enough time to prepare and answer the questions

Interview
One word: devastated.
I went through about 6 - 7 interviews with Cloudflare. Every single one felt like it went well. I had meaningful conversations, great feedback from both interviewers and the team, and even made it to the panel round. A week later, I got the email, I wasn’t moving forward.
Cloudflare has been a dream company for me. I genuinely enjoyed the process, everyone was super nice and welcoming. I’m grateful for the opportunity to interview. But it’s hard not to feel confused. When everything seems to work, when people say good things and appreciate you during the interviews, it’s difficult to make sense of a "no."
I know this post won’t change the outcome, but I just wanted to say thank you, Cloudflare, for the chance. This one stings.

Interview
I went through about 5 or 6 interviews and a couple of tests. They take you all the way to the final interview and then completely ghost you. HR are very bad at providing updates between interviews, making the process very frustrating. Overall, it was highly unprofessional. I'm happy I didn't get the offer because I was desperate and would have accepted it lol. They were transparent about the pay after the first Interview which was only 1500 euro.
