The initial "interview" was a one sided video interview where you are given 30 seconds to respond to 3 questions each. I was then reached out to by the hiring recruiter for a video interview, then the manager and finally who I assume was a director. The interviews themselves were fine and casual, but the entire process took over a month. Then another month of radio silence despite my (several) follow-up emails for updates. Finally, the recruiting manager sent me an email that they decided to go with a different candidate - fine. But the NEXT day the other manager responded to my (month old) email thanking them for their time, by letting me know that the recruiting manager would "reach out to me soon about their decision." Really poor communication in that regard?
