CloserStill Media interview questions

I had 3 rounds , first two of which were extremely pleasant as far as the interviewer is concerned. However I felt immense pressure because they always took over 2 weeks between rounds to revert back and expected me to attend the next round on extreme short notice - with a presentation. Finally after a round with presentation, visiting the office and speaking in depth about the role, they did not get back for another 2 weeks again. Eventually only to get back saying that there is one more "informal" chat with a deciding person and this person rejected me with the reason that my background is not from events so I did not meet the requirements of the role!
