Laid back and informal. More a conversation but still asks questions to gather relevant information. Questions not overly difficult and based more on experience rather than learning about the company.

The interview was the most bizarre interview I’ve ever had. At the start I was asked about myself which I only got chance to give a brief mention of and then after that the interviewer talked none stop. I was not asked any questions so I couldn’t tell her about all of the past experience I had which was relevant to the role I was interviewing for. Every time I tried to talk I was rudely interrupted and just felt like I couldn’t relax and have a conversation. I received an email to say I didn’t get the role which I’m fine with however the email made no sense as I was told that I wasn’t able to offer hours and overtime that she was looking for. However at the end of the interview I did manage to let her know that I could work any hours and overtime available.
