Went to the live auditions, interview process was fast and smooth. There was lots of people and had to go through 3 different phases, after that you wait to hear back form them

They want to see you well groomed and that you are a quick learner who work well under pressure. I was told that the most successful servers there were self starters, and that is true, you can make huge $$$ by managing your section.
