Interview
I had a fairly nice experience interviewing with Clipboard. I was contacted to have a 30 minute phone interview. The next step was a 30-60 minute meeting with a practical element. If needed there would be a 3rd meeting with the CEO and another employee.
The employee interviewing me was lovely and communicative.

Met with a recruiter who briefly went over my experience. Took a 90 minute take home coding assessment. The criteria by which they grade was not fully explained in the prompt, so you kind of have to guess what they're going to be looking for. Never actually got to talk to anyone from the engineering team.
