Was given an in-depth case study about local laws in Pennsylvania before being considered for an interview. Task would probably be easy for people already familiar with Clipboard's systems but was incredibly difficult for an outside party.
Other Knowledge Operations Specialist interview reviews for Clipboard
I applied online. I interviewed at Clipboard (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
I submitted my application, and within a day, received a work practical from a no-reply email.
The requirement was threefold. 1. Describe all documents required of an RN choosing to work in PA. 2. Take a jumbled Knowledge Base article and describe all the things wrong with the flow of information in that article. 3. Compile the article into a readable format.
Part 1 was about a page of work. Part 2 was about a page of work. Part 3 was 18 pages of work. Keep in mind, this is an assignment done before there's even an initial interview, this assignment was sent from a no-reply, and the response to this assignment was ultimately sent from a no-reply.
I strongly believe that CBH was using the second half of this interview assessment to farm free work from prospective candidates, rather than just hiring someone to handle this work.
