HR call filter -> Hiring Manager -> a pop-up interview with additional member -> CEO The HR manager is very friendly and helpful. However, Hiring Managers are not really open up since they are dealing with confidential business problems. The position ends up closing due to the current market condition. Hard decision for them, but letting the candidate wait for feedback too long doesn't be nice.

Mostly business mindset and management style. Focusing on putting the work together, I guess theory, does not help.

Interview
I was brought into the office through a friend and immediatly met the CMO. Our first meeting was a non formal conversation explain background work history and experience. I was later called in for a full interview that was a formal conversation where I was asked questions about my knowledge using a computer, communication skills, work ethic, why I wanted to work in the internet marketing industry, and what I knew about the company already.

For me the questions were all very straight forward and easy to answer. In my experience I was not asked any unexpected questions.
