Really reviewed my resume and watched my interview video and asked thoughtful questions. 3. Video Interview with COO Kevin Richards. This part of the interview was where I got annoyed. I log into the video meeting and its his assistant. I found it unprofessional that he wouldn't specify that his assistant would be in the meeting as well. He didn't even know my name, review my resume, or watch my interview video. He came across very arrogant and like his time was more important than mine. That's not someone I would want to work for.
