VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - excessive tardiness, rudeness, disrespect. I went through the process two years in a row with the same results. Applied through my university jobs page. Within a couple of weeks I received a text message on WhatsApp asking for voice recordings. This was to prove that I spoke English (I am an American, however). This proceeded with an initial phone call the next morning. I planned out my morning specifically for this, but I received no phone call. Several hours later, I was asked if I could reschedule for the late afternoon. Finally, for the phone call, I was simply asked if I would be okay with the monthly salary, which was significantly below minimum wage when calculated. This proceeded to the next round, which was a Skype interview. This interview was also late, but fairly easy. The final round was a week later - another Skype interview with the (rude and pretentious) manager. Again, I was waiting because he was late. Simple interview, typical questions. He then tells me, everything looks good, we'll let you know our final decision in 2-3 days. Click&Boat also gives only 24 hours to make a decision to accept the offer, which doesn't allow you to finish the interview processes with other companies or anything. They purposely put this unnecessary time pressure (stated by the manager). And then, radio silence. I hear nothing at all for weeks, so I take an offer from another company. The problem with this is that this happened to me two years in a row. I had the same experience when interviewing for the same role - rude interviewers, tardiness, etc. The second round interview was 45min late, and the final round interview (with the same manager) was an hour late, with the same excuses of previous meetings. The same 24 hour window was a policy then as well. Again, radio silence. Luckily, I had already received offers from other companies. This is quite a shame because I really liked the business model of the company. I wish that they could at least treat their candidates with some respect. Overall, do not expect anything from this unprofessional company - they will waste your time. The wages are significantly below market if you do decide to work for them, which you can also see on the reviews page.
