I applied through university. I interviewed at Click Bond in Dec 2025
Interview
The overall interview wasn't terrible, except their cameras were all off. It was hard to build a connection and talk to a group of people when I was the only person with a camera on. I understand a relaxed environment where cameras can be optional, but it felt very disrespectful to my time. I had a decent conversation with them about what they do, how my skills may align with what they're looking for, etc. but I couldn't gauge any social cues at all to see when they would provide a new question or wait for me to elaborate more, for instance.

Question 1
Do you have any experience in automation or 3D printing?
Really laid back with 2 QE reps. First behavioral and was the only interview. They’ll get back to me in 2 weeks. Pretty much just know your resume and you’ll be fine. Overall really chill interview
The interview process felt more like a conversation rather than a question answer format, which is good.
The requirements asked seemed like they came from some kind of expo and word vomited all the notes they could take. The company has 5% (being real generous) of what they can actually do vs requirements.
