Aptitude test online, then another testing session at Owens college for basic knowledge, then face to face interview with 3 people. One was ops manager, ops supervisor and then HR.

First they give you a mechanical test. Then if you pass you are given an interview. Finally, if they are offering you a position you get a tour where they also explain benefits.
