This was followed by two separate technical discussion rounds. The interviews were progressively in-depth, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of my skills and experience. The final step mentioned was a potential on-site visit, designed to provide a firsthand look at the operations and an opportunity to meet the wider team.

It was a pretty simple process. There were two rounds of online interviews. They weren't too hard of interviews. The questions were like the standard ones you would get. Then later you would get a tour of the mill if you do good with the interviews.
