Clearwater Seafoods interview questions

After a challenging interview that lasted almost an hour, the overall experience was friendly. However, I was informed that the company expects its employees to work unlimited hours during holidays and be available for longer hours when required. When I followed up after two weeks to know the status of my application, I received the same response: "we will let you know." However, even after one year, they are still sending me the same follow-up email.
