I met Clearwater representatives at a school career fair, who put me in contact with individuals who would work with me for the location I was interested in working at. We scheduled a phone interview. I was invited for a site visit. I visit the site for a tour, interview, and lunch.

Phone interview, followed by on-site interview went well. The interview took the S.T.A.R format. Coordinating travel did not align with the expectations that were presented to me. Overall I was treated well. Accomidations were paid for.

Interview
Short, 20 minute phone interview, then a 4-hr multi-person on-site interview. Seemed like overkill, and very obvious they wanted to fill the spot as fast as possible. Every single person said there was "low hanging fruit" available at the job and no one had a very solid answer on what they thought their favorite part of the job was. Did a rushed plant tour and was on my way.
