It Began with a phone interview with the operations manager. More of a conversation between both parties breaking down position. The second interview was between the operations manager, Vice President, and myself. The conversation was between an hour to an hour and a half. As I am told, it wasn’t a typical interview with pre-planned questions. It was just an opportunity for all parties to understand each other. Overall it was a great experience and helped me to be confident in taking the position when it was offered to me.
