Met with the co-founder after a good phone screener and the interview couldn't have gone worse. Very condescending to contractors, questioned my background at every turn, said he would pass on near-perfect candidates to get a flawless one and instead of letting me meet the team, I went home early. Left feeling like "I wore Versace for this?" but it's worth noting that my portfolio was malfunctioning so there was frustration on both sides. Either way, it was terrible.
