Contacted by hiring agent, who wanted to forward my CV to the team. Was informed the process would be a two-stage interview process, with the first being digital, and the second requiring an on-site proof-reading test, and panel interview. After that, I would be contacted if I was successful for the role. Initial interview itself was 30 minutes with the owner of the company, with variety of standard questions. Second interview I came on-site to proof-read some text in five minutes. After completing the task, two people came in, including the owner, which spent the entire time exploring what this role is for, the production cycles expected, and how I might fit into the role. I was then contacted the following week by the recruiter.
