Very professional, thorough, yet quick interview process. Got introduced to and met the brilliant minds that have built this company and got quizzed on both technical and non-technical (soft) skills. This was encouraging to know that their selection process is of great quality and that work environment will be good as one will get a chance to learn from co-workers that are master of their domain and care about quality of work! (Overall met with 8 people in the interview process). First round was telephone screen, a quick yet deep discussion on technical aspects of my experience in web-app/backend systems development. Next round was on-site technical: I got greeted by an interviewer and got briefed by HR personnel about the company and the position and transitioned to 3 interviewers individually who had technical discussion on my previous projects and asked technical software development questions. Last round was mostly with the board members, mostly non-technical discussion but they did discuss technical background and quizzed for soft skills, interpersonal, communication, organizational behavior and even (general) problem-solving skills etc. Overall well-designed interview process that played a role in my decision of taking this offer.
