I submitted my cover letter and resume and then got an email request for an in-person interview. The interview was with two other copywriters and the creative director, and while a 3-on-1 interview might seem overwhelming, they were all laid back and friendly enough to make me feel comfortable. The interview was more of a conversation between us all. There were only a few pointed questions that they asked to better understand my qualifications and personality.
