30 minute interview with a partner and HR. The interview was in between formal and a chat - given 1-2 minutes to respond to a series of questions. At the end, you could ask questions.

What is a hardship you encountered and how did you adapt
1. Attend a cocktail night with all other applicants doing interviews 2. Interview with a partner and HR. The interview was fairly conversational with some standard behavioural type questions and questions about what is on your CV.
