Process was pretty simple..Company is small 50-100 employees work here . Interview Process is very very Simple.
The Technical person asked questions on OOPs, Mysql,php,jQuery

The recruiter contacted me within a few days of submitting my application. The next week I had called for interview process. I can say process was challenging but I was lucky to get the offer & it's a common IT company recruitment process
