Supervised Demonstration lesson, formal interview with director, coach, and HR, tour of the school, some opportunity to observe lessons, not much time to talk to teachers, total time around two hours
I had a thirty minute interview to discuss about my experience and get to know me. It went back really quick and they were nice. Prior to the interview, I was asked to review their mission and their curriculum to prepare for the interview.

Phone interview followed by an in person lesson and interview. Phone interview was about 30 mins long and very friendly. Then invited to teach a lesson in front of a class of scholars to demonstrate skills. Another interview followed that
