It was fairly standard interview process. Two interviews and included a written exercise. One in person and one on Microsoft teams. All interviews were with senior members of the firm.
first stage: application
second stage: online competency interview with two partners
third stage: in-person assessment centre at their office with a written exercise and interview with two partners. Lasted under 2 hours.
