It was overall a smooth process, got recruited at campus recruiting event, was offered a time to speak with recuiter, then moved to talk to hiring manager, with behavioral questions
I applied on their website and a few days later I received an email to schedule a video interview. I was asked quite a few questions, some were about what kind of work environment I like, what kind of supervisor I would prefer, why I'm choosing this position and this company. I was told they would get back to me if they wanted to do a second round interviews which consist of interviewing with 3 other people. I never got an email back from them even after following up with them.
